How it works

Three strikes. One owned product.

    A few friendly questions, or upload a PDF of your Pickaxe and we pre-fill what we can. The intake captures the prompt, the fields, the knowledge, the works. A couple of minutes, start to finish.

  2. Forge it

    Drop in your own Anthropic key, pick what it should ship as, and fire. The Crucible forges your Pickaxe into a real product while you watch, step by step, live.

  3. Walk away owning it

    Download the ZIP and go. Run it on your laptop, your server, your cloud. Your hosted Pickaxe keeps serving your audience; this one is all yours.

Straight talk about your key

The Crucible runs on your key. Here is exactly what that means.

  • Used once, then discarded

    Your key fires the build and is gone. Never stored in plain text, never rendered back to the screen, never committed to your download.

  • Every firing is capped

    Each build has a hard ceiling, so a run can never quietly eat your budget. If a build cannot start, you are told plainly why.

  • Owned, not rented

    The build is yours: full source in a ZIP, no subscription behind it. The Crucible has no grip on you because it never takes one.

This is the anti-hype tool. No dark patterns, no fake urgency, no fine print doing the real talking. If something cannot be done, the Crucible says so and stops.
